Our aims

Specialist, associate specialist and specialty (SAS) doctors have seen their real-terms pay fall by more than a quarter over the last 15 years. We want all SAS doctors, on all contracts, to be fairly paid and fully valued. More about the SAS pay campaign can be found here.

The form of SAS industrial action

SAS members in England voted in a ballot in late 2023 in favour of taking strike action. This will take the form of a full walkout of SAS doctors.
